🎨 FAQ – Face Painting & Children’s Entertainment Bookings

1. How do I book your services?

To book, simply reach out to us via our contact form, email, or phone. We will send you a booking form to complete and return. Your booking is confirmed once we receive the form and send you a confirmation.

2. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend or holiday events, as our schedule fills up quickly during busy seasons.

3. What areas do you cover?

We provide face painting and children’s entertainment across South London, South West London, Central London, and surrounding areas such as Croydon, Sutton, Wandsworth, and more. If you're outside these areas, please get in touch, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

4. How long does a face painter or entertainer stay at the event?

Our typical bookings are for 2-hour sessions, but we can extend the time based on your event's needs. Please let us know when booking if you require a longer duration.

5. How many children can you entertain at once?

For face painting, we can paint approximately 10-15 children per hour depending on the complexity of the designs. For other entertainment activities, such as craft stations or interactive games, we can engage larger groups at once, depending on the setup.

6. What is included in the face painting service?

Our face painting service includes a wide selection of designs to choose from (animals, superheroes, fairies, etc.), and all necessary materials such as paints, brushes, and cleaning supplies. We use safe, non-toxic paints suitable for children’s skin.

7. Can you accommodate a specific theme for my event?

Yes! We can customise the designs and entertainment activities to match the theme of your event—whether it’s a superhero party, princess-themed event, or even a holiday celebration like Eid or Diwali.

8. Do you provide additional entertainment besides face painting?

Absolutely! We offer a wide range of children’s entertainment services, including:

  • Craft Stations (e.g., bracelet-making, tote bag customisation)

  • Balloon Modelling

  • Games & Activities (e.g., treasure hunts, musical chairs)

  • Themed Performances (e.g., characters, storytime)

9. What are your payment terms?

A deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due one week before the event. We accept payments via bank transfer or PayPal.

10. What happens if my event is cancelled?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will incur a non-refundable deposit.

11. Do you have insurance and DBS checks?

Yes, all our face painters and entertainers are fully insured and hold DBS checks for your peace of mind.

12. What safety measures do you take during events?

We prioritise the safety and well-being of all children and attendees. All products used are skin-safe and hypoallergenic. We also ensure that all setups are carried out in safe, clean environments.

13. Can I request a specific entertainer or face painter?

If you have a preference for a specific entertainer or face painter, please let us know when booking. While we can’t always guarantee specific availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

14. How do I get a quote?

For a personalised quote, please provide us with the details of your event, such as the date, location, and number of children. We’ll send you a quote based on your requirements.

15. Do you offer discounts for larger bookings?

Yes, we offer discounted rates for larger events or multiple services. Feel free to reach out for a custom quote if you're booking several entertainers or services for your event.
